- Activity on the platform: contact requests ("handshakes") sent, accepted or rejected, favourites, profile views, bookings, and notifications.
2.3 Payment data
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We receive and store transaction details such as payment ID, amount, status and refund status. For saved cards we keep only limited details: the cardholder's name, card brand, last four digits and expiry date. We never store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
2.4 What we do not collect
We do not use advertising identifiers for targeted advertising. We do not include third-party advertising SDKs in our apps, and we do not sell your personal data.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the Services: creating and managing your account, signing you in with a one-time password, and showing nearby workers, jobs and ads.
- To match Users and Partners: showing Partner profiles to Users by category, distance, rating and availability, and showing job posts to relevant Partners.
- To share contact details safely: phone numbers are revealed only after the other party accepts a contact request, and only for a limited time.
- Trust and safety: verifying identity, reviewing job posts and ads before publishing, preventing fraud, spam and misuse, and enforcing our Terms & Conditions.
- Payments: processing fees, subscriptions and memberships, issuing refunds, and keeping transaction records.
- Communication: sending one-time passwords, service notifications (for example approvals, responses, refunds and verification results), and replies to your support requests.
- Improvement: diagnosing crashes and improving the performance and features of the Services.
- Legal compliance: meeting tax, accounting and other legal obligations, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
4. App permissions
Our apps ask for device permissions only when a feature needs them. You can allow or deny each permission, and change it at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.
| Permission | Why we ask for it |
|---|---|
| Location | User apps: to show workers and services near you. Partner apps: to confirm your service address and show jobs near you. While a Partner is online and available, their location may be updated so nearby customers can find them. A Partner can stop this by going offline or turning off location permission. |
| Camera | To take photos of identity documents for verification, a profile photo, or images and videos for ads. |
| Photos, media and storage | To upload identity documents, profile photos, and images or videos for ads from your gallery. |
| Microphone | Only when you record a video for an ad, to capture its audio. |
| Notifications | To send you alerts about requests, approvals, payments and account updates. |
| Internet and network state | To connect to our servers. |
5. How your data is shared
